Only when he fully understands the short-and long-term goals of his clients does he recommend customized transition solutions.
“I have found my passion in owning a business where I can help people meet their goals through research, creative thinking, innovation, and negotiation. I am as committed to my clients’ success as I am to my own.”
With a background in compliance and business process management, Aaron understands how important finding the right custodian, or RIA firm is to a thriving advisory practice.

What Clients Say About Aaron Hasler:
“Aaron worked with me to vet out several different potential brokers as I studied to make a move. Always accessible and easy to talk to, Aaron truely consulted vs pushing for a quick sale. In addition, he clearly took the time to understand the type and “character” of the business I was looking for. I am pleased with the results and clearly recommend Aaron.” — Alan Stricker, President at August Financial Consulting, LLC and Owner at August Edge LLC
“Aaron was tremendously helpful in helping us select a broker for our practice. His knowledge of the industry is exceptional, he communicates very clearly, and he was genuinely interested in assisting us to make the right decision. He helped us make a very difficult and stressful choice which has proven to be the optimal selection for our business. I would highly recommend him to anyone in our industry.” — Joe Bernardi, Owner at Bernardi Investment Services, Inc.
“I realized my current broker was changing and heading in a direction that did not support the independent business model I wanted for my practice and clients. I had never made a broker change and did not know how or where to start in my search. I reached out to Aaron and he provided me tremendous value in the search for a new broker, what to expect, and how to make it happen. Searching for a new firm can be a full time job on its own and I knew I needed some direction. Aaron listened to what I wanted from a broker-dealer, what I didn’t like from my current firm and helped me set up interviews with various brokers that met my criteria – I felt he was truly working for me and not the broker. Aaron has tremendous knowledge of the various structures and the similarities and differences between them. He made an overwhelming task feel more comfortable and easy to accomplish..” — Nathan Running, President, Running Wealth Management.
